Starting February 3 there will be an important update regarding cookie management on your e-commerce. With the goal of ensuring greater compliance with privacy regulations and offering you a more customizable tool, we have decided to adopt Iubenda as the standard solution for cookie consent management.

- Customized and up-to-date cookie policies: Iubenda automatically generates compliant cookie policies and banners.

The transition to Iubenda will be gradual and transparent. Here is what we plan:
- Phase-out of the current app: The cookie policy app currently in use will no longer be supported starting February 3.
- Compatibility with Iubenda: All other standard apps in the App Store that you use and that install cookies will be made compatible with Iubenda. Custom apps built for our customers will be updated upon request and if necessary, evaluated case by case.
- Code integration:
You will be able to integrate Iubenda’s code independently by following their instructions.
Assistance: If you prefer, you can request our intervention for code integration.
We remind you that, although we consider it a reliable partner, Iubenda is not the only company specialized in cookie tracking management on websites. Therefore, if you wish to integrate a different but similar service to Iubenda, we can still provide support for the necessary evaluation.

How to proceed from February 3

- if you do not take any action, there will be no changes. Any code inserted on the site by apps will not be modified automatically and will continue to function as it does now.
- if instead from February 3 you want to interact (by pressing the "Save" button) with one of the following apps:
- ShinyStat
- Smartsupp
- Kelkoo
- Facebook Plugins
- Google Analytics GA4
- Google Customer Reviews
the scripts inserted on the site will no longer be blocked by the "Cookie policy" app and therefore you will need to:
- install a CMP system (consent management platform). If it is Iubenda, you can select the specific checkbox that enables support.
- enter each app and click "Save"
- Uninstall the cookie policy app
