Is the e-commerce platform developed by you or are you only resellers?
Open2b Commerce Ready is built entirely by us. Unlike competing solutions, we design and develop everything in‑house in Italy, since 2002. That means a higher level of service and direct access to the producer.
Do you charge commissions on our sales?
No. No fees or hidden costs. Your sales quickly repay your investment.
Are support and updates included?
You can activate the development and update service whenever you need it, with costs based on the support plan requested. It provides qualified, continuous assistance to manage and grow your online store.
Can I upgrade to a higher edition?
Yes. You can switch at any time to a higher edition, including between B2C editions (Standard and Advanced) and B2B (Standard B2B and Advanced B2B). Data migration is included. An active development and update service is required.
Is installation included?
Installation of the e-commerce platform is performed directly by our technicians and, if you choose the hosting solutions offered by us, it is included in the price. The Open2b Commerce Ready e-commerce platform can be installed on a dedicated server or compatible hosting. You can choose our Hosting service or consult the Technical Requirements to guide your choice.
Is it possible to customize the online store design?
Yes, in several ways. You can start immediately with a ready-made design by choosing among included templates and additional ones; or you can create a brand-new design from scratch or freely customize our templates.
Is it possible to develop customizations and integrations with suppliers and management software?
Yes. Open2b Commerce Ready includes ready‑made modules and customizable procedures, such as the dedicated module for Danea EasyFatt. With developer APIs you can build integrations with your systems or those of your suppliers.
Which system can we use to accept payments from our customers?
You can accept all payment methods, from traditional bank transfer to cash on delivery, from credit cards to consumer credit financing. All virtual POS systems for online payments can be integrated, such as PayPal, Banca Sella, PagOnline, etc. You only need to choose the ones you want to partner with.
Do I need to install anything on my computer?
Nothing, since the e-commerce platform runs on servers. You can use the platform from multiple computers or tablets at the same time with a browser.
I already have a store. Can I transfer data?
Yes. The Open2b Commerce Ready e-commerce platform allows you to import product and customer information in Excel format. We can also import products, orders, customers, and other data from the most widely used e-commerce platforms with dedicated procedures; and we can keep your customers' passwords so they don't have to change them.
What is your refund policy?
The 30-day free trial of the e-commerce platform allows you to thoroughly test our solutions before purchasing. Since the Open2b Commerce Ready e-commerce platform is a service offered to VAT-registered businesses, Legislative Decree 185/99 on the right of withdrawal does not apply to this type of service.
