I already have a domain, can I use it with your hosting service?

Yes. You can point the domain to us or transfer it to our management.

What happens if I exceed the space or traffic limits of my plan?

You will receive an email notifying you of the limit overrun. You will be asked to return within the allowed space or upgrade to a higher plan.

In particular, if monthly traffic usage is higher, you can:
 
- pay the excess monthly traffic at a cost of € 4 + VAT per GB.
 
- upgrade to a higher plan, if available, paying the difference, or (only for the Platinum plan) purchase additional 10GB packages at a cost of € 25/year + VAT.
 
If a long-term decrease in traffic usage is expected, you can downgrade to a lower plan with a one-time cost of € 50 + VAT.

Can I use a subdomain with your hosting service?

Yes. You can specify it when asked for the domain to associate with the plan.

Will the site be hosted in Italy?

Yes, absolutely. All stores are hosted on our servers in Italy; we care a lot that your store indexes as well as possible.
