Yes. Basic support via web, email, and phone is included. Platform updates and development services are always included in the monthly/annual fee. For higher needs, you can request a dedicated development and update service.

Open2b Commerce Ready is built entirely by us. Unlike competing solutions, we design and develop everything in‑house in Italy, since 2002. That means a higher level of service and direct access to the producer.

Do you charge commissions on our sales?

No. No fees or hidden costs. Your sales quickly repay your investment.

Can I change edition later?

Yes. You can switch at any time between higher or lower editions, including B2C editions (Standard and Advanced) and B2B (Standard B2B and Advanced B2B). Data migration is included and automatic.

Is it possible to customize the online store design?

Yes, in several ways. You can start immediately with a ready-made design by choosing among included templates and additional ones; or you can create a brand-new design from scratch or freely customize our templates.

Is it possible to develop customizations and integrations with suppliers and management software?

Yes. Open2b Commerce Ready includes ready‑made modules and customizable procedures, such as the dedicated module for Danea EasyFatt. With developer APIs, you can build integrations with your systems or those of your suppliers.

Which system can we use to accept payments from our customers?

You can accept all payment methods, from bank transfer and cash on delivery to credit cards and consumer credit. All major virtual POS systems can be integrated, such as PayPal, Banca Sella, PagOnline, and more. Choose the ones you want to use.

Do I need to install anything on my computer?

Nothing. The platform runs on servers, so you can access it from multiple computers or tablets at the same time via a browser.

I already have a store. Can I transfer data?

Yes. You can import products and customers via Excel. We can also import products, orders, customers, and other data from the most widely used platforms with dedicated procedures, and preserve customer passwords so they don’t have to change them.

Can I use my own domain and email?

Yes. You can use a domain you already own and point it to the store, or purchase or transfer it to Open2b Commerce Ready. You can also use email addresses associated with your domain, or add Business eMail packages based on your needs.

Can I start with a monthly subscription and then switch to annual billing?

Yes, you can switch from monthly to annual billing at any time and take advantage of more favorable terms.

What is your refund policy?

The 30-day free trial lets you thoroughly test the platform before purchasing. Since Open2b Commerce Ready is a service offered to VAT‑registered businesses, Legislative Decree 185/99 on the right of withdrawal does not apply to this type of service.

How can I pay?

We accept payments by credit card and PayPal. For annual payments, we also accept bank transfer.

Can I cancel the subscription whenever I want?

Yes. You can request cancellation at any time, with no additional payments beyond what has already been paid.
